With Property Alerts, you will be emailed automatically every day or week when there are new properties fitting your search criteria on the site, with a list of these updates.
Step 1: Login. You need to login to My Property Net Spain to use your tools.
Step 2: Search for a property and filter results by area/price/types/agent .................. by whatever you need to see in the results list
Step 3: When you have the list you want - for example, Granada province, apartments, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom - mouse over the "My Account" button and choose "Save the current Search" . (See image). Give the search criteria a name for your reference
Step 4: Click on "View my Property Alerts", on the account menu (see image) or below the logo at the top of the page. You will see any saved searches you created there.
Step 5: Click on the subscribe checkbox and choose to receive the update daily or weekly
You can use "Property Alerts" when you have a specific enquiry that you dont have a property for. As soon as a property that fits the enquiry appears, you will be notified.
