Throughout the past 18 years, Paul van den Hout has been closely involved in Spanish and international multinationals as a sales-and marketing manager. This experience has served him well creating his Helpdesk.
In 1989, Paul van den Hout decided to continue his activities from Madrid (Spain). During six years he directed his operation from the capital of Spain and afterwards moved to Barcelona, where he runs his office in the centre of the city.
In order to meet of the rapidly changing and complex international market, it is crucial for a all round consultant to offer a wide range of services (pan European). However, one can never be a specialist in every business aspect. In 1995 Paul van den Hout started his virtual office under the name VAN DEN HOUT ENTERPRISES. This Virtual Office provides a platform of external specialists who all have one clear goal: Creating Synergy. Most members already have their own business interests and are motivated to use their experience to support others. The system is keenly competitive, as overheads are kept low. This international network creates the so-called virtual office. All aspects of the real estate market, like sales promotions, specific search assignments, mortgages and insurances are dealt by one of the professionals at the offices in Barcelona or Playa de Aro (Costa Brava).
An international network of agents in countries like United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Ireland en Switzerland and the presentations at international real estate shows, supports Van den Hout Enterprises with the right information of the demand of real estate in Spain, from other parts of Europe.
Since 2000 Van den Hout Enterprises also operates as project developer, together with a small group of investors. It concerns medium sized projects at the Costa Brava, like individual houses and apartments as well as refurbishment project in Barcelona. There could also be offered tailor made projects for international investors.
Paul van den Hout is member of the international Real Estate Association AEPI, and certified (Master of Real Estate), through the University of Barcelona.
