In Spain, new homes are offered at the price designated by the builder or developer. The same price should be paid by the purchaser, regardless of whether they buy directly from the developer or through an agent.
Agents are paid a commission or finders fee by the developer for introducing a purchaser. The developer should pay our fees... not you!
We do not disguise or alter the true cost of the home.
Under no circumstances should a buyer be asked to pay a commission to an agent for a new home. You should beware of those individuals who ask for such payments (either as a commission or as an administration charge).
All of our homes come with a cash back offer for extra furniture. This comes out of our fees. Its our way of giving something back to our customers.
Put simply, it costs less to buy through us. We even represent better value than buying directly from the developer!
