Lemon Tree Estates
Lemon Tree Estates is a privately-owned family estate agency based in Puente Don Manuel, offering you a friendly, personalised service. We are situated in the heart of the Axarquia region of Malaga Province, and have links with carefully selected and reputable agents from Rincon de la Victoria to Nerja, and a sister company in Almuņecar, covering the Costa Tropical, thus providing you with a wide range of different locations to ensure you find your ideal property, be it a home or an investment.
We moved here eight years ago from the hectic pace of life of London and chose this area of Andalucia for its feeling of space, the friendliness of the people, its closeness to rural Spain and the beaches of the Mediterranean. We have been involved in property development and construction for over four years with our own limited company, Holly Time s.l., as well as running our own successful holiday lettings business (see www.holidays-espana.com) for six years with houses that we built ourselves. Based on this experience we feel we are ideally placed to help you through the process of buying or selling your property as painlessly as possible.
If you are buying we will enter all your details on to our confidential client database and if we cannot find the perfect property for you immediately we will continue looking and keep in touch with you to inform you of any properties that match your criteria.
If you are selling we will visit your property, take all details and photographs and advertise in international websites as well as in local magazines and press.
We offer a range of supplementary services, from obtaining licences and fiscal NIE numbers to arranging mortgages and insurance, and have links with independent English-speaking lawyers and accountants to help the purchase process go as smoothly as possible. For those of you with busy schedules we can arrange to meet you at weekends, so please donīt hesitate to contact us. If you provide us with a brief of your requirements in advance we will be able to make the most of your time, especially if you are in Spain for a limited time.
Our office can be found on the road from Torre del Mar to Alhama de Granada, at the crossroads to Periana. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.
