KMLMonte Pego Does the perfect villa exist? Maybe a bit too subjective; so we'll leave that for a second! This really is a fabulous villa with a fresh, airy feel, light and bright, built to high standards and well maintained. It's located in a good quality, peaceful, residential urbanisation a few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the coast (and of course the wonderful beaches). So, back to the question; If that's your idea of perfection then the answer of course is, Yes. If not, it's probably close anyway, so read on... Three good sized bedrooms are serviced by two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a lovely modern kitchen from where you can peer through the arch to the lounge diner with its feature fireplace for those snug winter evenings and in turn the lounge opens out to the pool area with both covered and open terraces and a great barbecue. The barbecue has a handy shower alongside to put out the sausages when you're a little over exuberant, but it also doubles up as a good way to get the sand off the kids/grand-kids when they get back from the beach to prevent them messing up your beautiful pool. There's the old adage, "first to see will buy". Well, I saw it first, but I don't have enough money; perhaps you'll be the lucky one. The villa is undoubtedly attractive and the price even more so.
