A bit close to the motorway, but noise is minimal once on the land. This is a very nice villa in great condition, only problem is the one bed and bath, further rooms could be built on at the rear though. Can move straight in and furniture is included except for a couple of personal bits. The owners are Spanish and are very realistic with the price. Mostly Spanish living in the area, but there are at least three English families reasonably close by. If another bed and bath was added plus a pool, arrange for a local to care for the fruit and you-would have a good little holiday in the campo rental, still close enough to the beach – half an hour close to Seville and Huelva for some culture, close to big shopping stores. Or an ideal retirement house, with an income from the fruit trees, plus able to say no to the hordes of family who want to come over for a free holiday.
