The main living area to this beautiful home are all on one floor with the dining area being right at the far end of the property over looking the pool and it has some fantastic views of the countryside. As you walk through the front gate you walk down some steps to the front of the house, located to o the right you have the guest cottage with one bedroom and shower room. Entering the property you have a good sized entrance hall, turn left into the kitchen, this kitchen has lots of natural light and the units are solid wood kitchen with plenty of storage. You can exit the kitchen to the side garden or you can go straight on into the open plan living area. To the rear of the open plan living area there is the dining area with large windows all around that look out over the pool area and the fantastic vistas of the mountains and countryside. It is a quiet area and not very densely populated, it has a large international community as well as a Spanish one. The local area has a public pool with a bar and a restaurant. Also in the area there is another bar which serves food and has a large play area for children so is great for families. There is a local shop, chemist, bank, bar and food places in the next urbanisation called Mas Mila which is a couple of minutes drive from Mas Mestre or a 5 minutes drive away called Sant Pere de Ribes with all the amenities you could need.
