KMLThe owners have returned to the UK and reluctantly need to sell for health reasons Located on the edge of the village of Bonares, good typical friendly Spanish village that has all amenities required, plus lots of fiestas. Five min walk into the village, yet the house sits on its own. Master bedroom has built in cupboards and a fantastic walk in wardrobe plus ensuite Second bedroom has built in wardrobes as does the third. All good size double rooms Large lounge with log burner Nice fully fitted kitchen with dining area all new. On entering the house from the rear door, there is a good sized utility area. Two bathrooms, one ensuite, one family All white goods and much of the furniture will be included in the sale price. Huge area to the front for parking. Access is very good. Swimming pool 8 x 5 one depth of 1.8 pump house close by. There are two separate stable/sheds. One is painted and tiled and used to store outside furniture, the other for garden stuff, water is connected. All windows are double glazed and netted and the whole plot is fenced. Town water, mains electric, radio phone with Iberbanda installed so broadband plus Skye TV Views are of the surrounding countryside Two main airports close by. Faro and Seville, one hour and one hour plus. Just over 30 mins to coast and sandy beaches. Bob, my local colleague in Huelva says "I love this house it has been well reformed and maintained with a lot of thought into the layout. They have had a wraparound porch erected, (with good lighting and ample outside sockets) that covers three sides of the house, one part of which is used as a car port." There are two access gates the first to the front of the house, the second a few meters along takes you into the area of the garden used mainly for fruit and trees. This couple used to be market gardeners’ and it shows, there is so much work been put into the garden, I was very impressed and I saw it in the winter, cannot imagine how fantastic I would look in spring and summer. There are orange, lemon, plum, fig, almond etc. trees plus an enormous amount of shrubs and plants. The garden is split into two main areas, the section around the house and pool and the second area that has the second access with mostly fruit trees and soft fruits. Both areas are fenced. Bob also says "After viewing this house and gardens, they would be mad to let it go for a silly price, they have done so much work here and it shows." I'd still try an offer mind you!
