There are two access gates the first to the front of the house, the second a few meters along takes you into the area of the garden used mainly for fruit and trees. This couple used to be market gardeners’ and it shows, there is so much work been put into the garden, I was very impressed and I saw it in the winter, cannot imagine how fantastic I would look in spring and summer. There are orange, lemon, plum, fig, almond etc. trees plus an enormous amount of shrubs and plants. The garden is split into two main areas, the section around the house and pool and the second area that has the second access with mostly fruit trees and soft fruits. Both areas are fenced. Bob also says "After viewing this house and gardens, they would be mad to let it go for a silly price, they have done so much work here and it shows." I'd still try an offer mind you!
