Within the town you will find everything needed for daily life, the indoor market opens most days and provides fresh produce, a street market takes place once a week in the municipal park, just a short stroll from the flat. Supermarkets, Banks, cafes and restaurants are all within only a few meters of this flat. The Accomodation: On the ground floor ring the bell and you are let in through the Glass doors into the entrance hall by the Entrance Control and Intercom that connects to the flat. Within the entrance hall are the post boxes. Ascending the marble staircases to the 3rd floor landing is not difficult (the current owners tell us that a plan exists to install a lift). The modern entrance door into the flat leads into a private hall, with ample space for storage, then into the bright living room. The Patio doors open onto a balcony which overlooks the town hall and the streets below, the lounge has a heating and cooling Air conditioning unit fitted. Doors from the lounge lead to the Kitchen and also to a further inter hall. The kitchen is fitted with a range of modern cream coloured units, Electric Oven and split Electric and Gas Hob.
