KML2 bedroom holiday apartment close to gandia. Just a few minutes drive to the beach. situated on the lower floor of a villa. it is ideal accommodation for 4 people. completely self contained with its own private entrance. (there are a number of steps which take you down to the apartment entrance). sorry but due to the number of steps down to the entrance of the apartment the accommodation is unsuitable for the disabled. from the entrance door you enter the hall from here you can access every room. in the lounge you will find it well furnished with a 3 piece suite, coffee table, a television with english channels, and a dvd/cd player. there is free wifi in the apartment for your laptop.(if you bring your laptop ask for the code on your arrival). bedroom 1: is furnished with a double bed, a fitted double wardrobe, a set of draws and a chair. there are 2 bedside cabinets with reading lights, the main centre light includes a fan. all bed linen is included and changed weekly, there is a cot and baby chair available (at no extra cost) should you have a small family,(please advise when booking if you require these items). bedroom 2: this room is equipped with 2 single beds. the fully fitted kitchen, and large bathroom. bath and hand towels are supplied free of charge. (we do not supply beach towels). we also include a clothes airer, steam ironand ironing board for your use. you will have the sole use of the private solarium/roof terrace; this area includes 4 sun beds, large umbrella, dining table with umbrella and 4 chairs it is also complete with a bbq. there is a 4 x 8 metre communal swimming pool where you will be able to enjoy a swim or just relax and enjoy the water. the pool is shared by 4 small private villas only.

Sólo unos minutos en coche de la playa. situado en la planta baja de una villa. es ideal para 4 personas. totalmente independiente con su propia entrada privada. (Hay una serie de pasos que le llevarán hasta la entrada del apartamento). Lo sentimos, pero debido a la cantidad de pasos hasta la entrada del apartamento el alojamiento no es apto para personas con discapacidad. desde la puerta de entrada que entrar en la sala desde aquí se puede acceder a todas las habitaciones. en el salón se encuentra muy bien equipado con una suite de 3 piezas, mesa de café, una televisión con canales de Inglés, y un reproductor de DVD / CD. no hay wifi gratuito en el apartamento para su portátil. (si traes tu ordenador portátil que solicite el código de su llegada). 1 dormitorio: está amueblada con una cama doble, un doble armario empotrado, una serie de empates y una silla. hay 2 mesitas de noche con luces de lectura, la luz principal centro incluye un ventilador. ropa de cama está incluido y cambia cada semana, hay una silla y cuna para bebés disponibles (sin costo extra) en caso de tener una familia pequeña, (por favor avise al hacer la reserva si necesita estos artículos). Dormitorio 2: esta sala está equipada con 2 camas individuales. la cocina totalmente equipada, y un amplio baño. toallas de baño y la mano se suministran de forma gratuita. (Que no suministran toallas de playa). también incluimos un tendedero, tabla de planchar ironand vapor para su uso. tendrá el uso exclusivo del solarium privado / terraza en la azotea; esta zona cuenta con 4 camas de sol, paraguas grandes, mesa con 4 sillas y paraguas también se completa con una barbacoa. hay una piscina de 4 x 8 metros piscina comunitaria en la que podrá disfrutar de un baño o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar del agua. la piscina es compartida por cuatro pequeñas villas privadas solamente.
