Clients approach us to sell their properties for all sorts of reasons, upsizing, downsizing, change of scenery etc. There are on occasions properties that come on the market where unfortunately a change of circumstance for the owner forces as sale, and this property is properties. At 184,000€ this is still a huge saving and although I never use the investment word in these tough times, this property would represent a fantastic return on investment, with a huge long term rental possibility. OK. The above is the technical & expensive bit which I feel obliged to explain as this is not a kerb appeal villa (yet). The villa itself is set in a secluded location high above the village of Barinas which is famous for its fresh water springs which attract people from many miles away, to fill up their water bottles for the beneficial waters (also it’s FREE). I would define this property as a project house and a person with the forthought and ability to see it through will find themselves with a stunning property at a price way under the market valuation even in these difficult times.
