The house is within a pleasant 10 minute leisurely stroll to the centre of Sitges and all the bars and attractions. This house has a private garden and pleasant dip pool at the rear. There is a lawned area perfect for getting some shade, an outside eating area, BBQ and decked area around the pool. Enter the front door and there is a double bedroom to the right and a WC. A few steps up takes you into the living room, this room is light and airy due to the expanse of glass patio doors, the living room looks out onto the decked pool area. There is a wood burning feature fireplace in the living room plus a TV, DVD and Radio/CD player. A few steps up and you are taken to the dining and separate kitchen area again with lots of light from the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with American style fridge freezer, dishwasher and the all important wine racks. There is a separate utility room where the washing machine and dryer are stored. Upstairs in the house there are a further 4 bedrooms all with plenty of natural light due to the large windows. One bedroom is a double en-suite, two bedrooms are doubles and one is single. A 300m des plages de Sitges, dans le quartier le plus recherche appele Vinyet, et a 10min de marche agreable du centre de Sitges avec ses bars et attractions. La villa a un jardin prive et une agreable petite piscine. Il y'a un coin BBQ et tout ce qu'il faut pour dinner dehors. En entrant dans le porte d'entree vous trouverez une chambre double avec un WC. Quelques marches vous emenent au salon ensoleille grace a sa grande baie vitree qui donne sur la piscine. Il y'a une cheminee qui marche, TV, lecteur DVD, CD et radio. Quelques marches de plus donnent sur la salle a manger et la cuisine separee. Celle ci est equipee d'un frigo americain et lave vaisselle. Il 'ya une buanderie avec machine a laver et seche linge.
