The sun rises from the sea, right in front of the house, and sets at about 17:30 behind the house. At night, the overriding sound is the surf and the cicada. Right outside the door, about 7 steps, is the pool, mainly used by the other 5 properties in the area, but never busy. One of the best features of the house is the close proximity of bars/restaurants (2 brand new Spanish Restaurants have just opened at the bottom of the road) and the vast sandy beach. But the best is the wonderful panoramic view from the balcony day or night. It’s so nice to wake up on a sunny morning and have breakfast on the balcony or so romantic to star-gaze well above the Playa while sipping a glass of wine or take a short walk along the promenade or sit on/by the beach listening to the sea with a bottle of wine before walking home. The house is fully equipped to a high standard, and is ready to move into with the minimum of notice, as it comes fully furnished. There is lots of storage space outside on the balcony, which is where the gas boiler has been sited, for health and safety reasons. There is air-con in the sitting room and the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and there is a large storage cupboard in the bathroom. Ample parking is available and there is a post box at the end of the pool. The stunning views mean we have a virtually fully rented house all year, including winter. For anyone wishing to purchase a going concern, you could not do any better on Mojácar Playa, or if required as a full time residence, given enough time we can clear it of renters.

Hay un gran balcón y muy privado y con vistas impresionantes. El sol se eleva desde el mar, justo en frente de la casa, y se pone a las 17:30 por detrás de la casa. Por la noche, el sonido primordial es el surf y la cigarra. Justo en la puerta es la piscina, utilizada por solo 5 propiedades. Una de las mejores características de la casa es la proximidad de los bares / restaurantes. Pero lo mejor, es la maravillosa vista panorámica desde el balcón día o de noche. Es muy agradable para despertar en una mañana soleada y tomar el desayuno en el balcón o tan romántico mirar la estrellas por encima de la Playa mientras toma una copa de vino o tomar un paseo por la playa, escuchando el mar, y luego caminar a casa. La casa está completamente equipada, con un alto nivel, y se entrega totalmente amueblado. Un espacio de almacenamiento al aire libre en el balcón, con es donde la caldera de gas, por razones de salud y seguridad, también reside. Aire acondicionado en el salón y el dormitorio principal. Ambos dormitorios tienen armarios empotrados y hay amplio estacionamiento de coches.
