KMLOFFERS INVITED!! Set above the lake is the potential for a fantastic house. The purchaser must have a little forethought though and a good imagination. This unreformed house is offered as seen, warts and all, it could be used as a single dwelling or split into 2 or 3 units. The house is set just of the main street in a small hamlet with views of the lake from the grounds and upstairs windows. The village of Fuente del Conde is a 5 min drive or brisk walk away and offers Bars and village shop and public transport, whilst Loja and Antequera are only a short drive. The nearest airport is Malaga (just over the hour) which has flights to many European Destinations, Granada is also about 1 hour. The House is approached by a steep unmade road (200 Meters) from the village, the first part is well maintained and concrete but the last few meters need some repair. The house is set above the road, with a private drive, which leads onto the Patio. The main house is a typical Spanish style, the Summer Lounge, Laundry, Store Room and Bathroom are on the right of the Patio, ahead are the Kitchens (inside and out), but these do not have direct access to the house. Entering the main door, directly into the Lounge, to the Right is one ground floor Bedroom, to the Left the stairs and a second ground floor Bedroom and a stable, which could easily be converted to an en-suite bathroom. On the First floor are two rooms, the smaller is a double bedroom and the larger would make a beautiful Master bedroom with en-suite and exposed timbers. Outside. To the side of the house is another ‘House’ which is a very poor state of repair, we are told that it has not been used a house for in excess of 100 years, but is on a separate Escritura. It may be possible to reform this, but in our opinion it would be better to turn the area into a garden and Swimming pool (subject to the necessary consents). There are also a number of animal sheds, suitable for Pigs or as we were told a Donkey! Personally I think a casita/studio would be more useful and valuable! There is Electric and Mains Water Connected a telephone has been connected in the past. We understand that the main house has not been occupied for at least the last 10 years, but considering this it is in very good condition. You could certainly live in the house whilst reforming it idf you wished.
