Outside to the front is a gravelled garden and also 3 parking spaces. The main garden is gently divided into 3 level areas, the top level is gravelled with lots of planters and there is a patio area with a moorish style bench and wicker garden furniture. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with gas barbecue.
The middle level is again gravelled and planted with olives and mature shrubs. The stone built chicken house and run are here ready for clients to collect their daily eggs. Divided by a large bed planted with all manner of exotic and flowering shrubs is the lowest level where there is a delighful 5x3M pool, shaded seating areas and hammocks slung under the leafy spreading almond tree.
There is gas central heating, solar hot water, broadband wifi and a landline telephone. There is also a good mobile signal.
An easy 3 minute walk gets you to Alfonsos bar ( Chicken shack) where clients must book and try his famous garlic fried chicken, salad and chips. Another large bar is only 2.5 km away towards Arboleas. Katis bar (Rabbit shack) is also close and a 5 minute drive away.
Guests have use of a daily bread van, a weekly fruit and veg van and a fish van on a Friday.
Market days are Huercal Overa Monday, Albox Tuesday, Mojacar Wednesday, Zurgena Friday, Arboleas Saturday and Villaricos market is on a Sunday.
The coast at Mojacar, Villaricos, San Juan de los Terreros and Vera are all within 40-45 minutes drive.
Almeria airport is one hours drive, Murcia 1.5 hours and Alicante 2 hours.
